Who agrees that by sleeping YOU can eliminate all your worries and negative thoughts on something? Haha. Well it works for me. Sometimes =P Sikalang why do you guys have to make me think about one thing that I'm so afraid of? Hehe. Men2 je. We have to worry sometimes.
When u r under pressure/stress, go and EAT! Yeah baby! I do not ask u to melantak. But try to find food that can somehow make u feel happy. Ice cream Baskin ke, Choc Indlgnce Scrt Recipe ke, Big Mac ke, Nasi Lomak kukuih ke, Donuts ke, mum's cooking ke. [Ai, bior beno ko ni zat!]
When u feel like banging ur head against the wall, go to the psychiatrist and ask him to join u. Haha [xlawak pun]. Make friends with those who r very good in listening problems or with those who loves to give a piece of their mind (heish, ada plak)..errr with those who cares enough bout his/her friends' well being ke pape ke. [merepek kul 2.22 a.m]. Talk to them. Release the zangado (anger) or anything that keeps bugging ur mind. At least otak ko bersih from being influenced by ur own problems.
Apa lg remedy yg best? Hah! try to play/do activities that requires u to throw/shoot something. Haha. Hit ur target by placing all ur discontentment. Klu men bowling jgn sampai tekena pin skali. =P If u go for archery don't point your arrow kat org lain!
Lama2 I can be crazy cuz been actively posting crappy posts since cuti starts. De pape remedy/cure yg best?
